RoHS Compliant Statement

This statement is to confirm Wi-Sys Communications' commitment to the RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) Directive, (Directive 2002/95/EC of the European Parliament and the council of 27 January 2003 on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment.)

The RoHS Directive requires manufacturers to reduce or eliminate Lead (Pb), Mercury (Hg), Hexavalent Chromium (Cr6+), Cadmium (Cd), Poly Brominated Biphenyls (PBB) and Poly Brominated Diphenyl Ethers (PBDE) from their products sold in the EU starting July 1st, 2006.

Since May 2006, all Wi-Sys Communications' products are available RoHS Compliant.
