Data Product Group

Wi-Sys provides Intelligent GPS logging and tracking devices that operate over a variety of different public and private communication systems. We also provide 3rd party system integrators with simple Application Program Interfaces (API) that enable easy integration to communicate with the mobile units.

We currently support data communication over Land Mobile Radio (LMR) systems, and the Globalstar satellite network.

Land Mobile Radio Solutions - The WS712X series of products operate over a variety of LMR networks configurations and can be configured to operate on dedicated data channels or share the same channel with voice users.

Our "RD-Com Protocol" and test application ensures the reliable transfer of data across LMR networks and prevents data being lost or corrupted.

Globalstar Satellite Solutions - Wi-Sys has integrated its WS713X intelligent GPS tracking and logging device with Globalstar satellite phones, to provide voice, data and GPS tracking capability. Fleet Managers can now monitor and coordinate the activities of their fleet from the office.
