In keeping with Wi-Sys Communications' deep commitment to satisfying the
security needs of its customers, Wi-Sys Communications is compliant with,
and participates in the following programs.
CGP Compliance
The Canadian Government Program (CGP), administered by the Department of
Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), is a stringent security
program that controls the examination, possession, and transfer of certain
controlled goods. Wi-Sys Communications is registered with Canada's
Controlled Goods Registration Program (CGRP).

ITAR - Canadian Exemptions
Controlled goods and technology exported to Canada under the Canadian ITAR
Exemption must be for end-use by a "Canadian Registered Person" (ITAR
126.5), or Canadian Federal or Provincial authorities. For these purposes,
Wi-Sys Communications is designated as a Canadian Registered Person under
the CGP. Under ITAR section 126.5 Canadian exemptions - (a) General.
District directors of customs may permit the export without a license of any
unclassified defense article or any unclassified technical data to Canada
for end-use in Canada or return to the United States, with the exception of
the articles or technical data listed in paragraph (b) of this section.

CAGE / NCAGE Code
The Commercial And Government Entity (CAGE) code or the NATO Commercial And
Government Entity (NCAGE) code system, recorded and maintained by the
Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS), identifies commercial or
Government entities. Wi-Sys Communications' CAGE (NCAGE) code number is

National Stock Number / NATO Stock Number
The National Stock Number (NSN), is a numbering system identifying all the
'standardized material items of supply' as they have been recognized by the
United States Department of Defense. Pursuant to the NATO Standardization
Agreements (STANAGs), the NSN has come to be used by all treaty countries,
where it is known as a NATO Stock Number. Please contact Wi-Sys
