Wi-Sys is looking for a part time employee at our facilities at 31B Richardson Side Road, Kanata. Duties will specifically include execution of documented and verbal instructions for packing, attachment of labels, and other straightforward tasks as might be required from time to time to assist in assembly of small electronic products.
Qualifications
Sufficient grasp of English to accept detailed instruction is a requirement. Basic literacy skills to read written instruction, and to record a simple work log. The person should be a hardworking, reliable individual capable of sustained concentrated periods of work.
Working Hours and Remuneration
It is anticipated that the employee will be required to work between 16 to 20 hours per week. The working hours will be negotiable to some extent, but must be within the hours of 7:30am to 4pm. For each 4 hour shift the operator will be entitled to one 15 minute break.
Remuneration will be hourly paid, and depend upon experience, with payment in-lieu for vacation and benefits. [return to top]
